Villa Montazha was finalized in 2006. Build with some Spanish style touches, it was the intention to maximize the natural daylight and views. The villa is about 400 sqm on 1,100 sqm of land and surrounded by green gardens, a large pool terrace and infinity swimming pool. The 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and living areas are furnished in a modern contemporary design.

Summary: The house was impeccable. Easy check in process, it had all the amenities. It was clean, spacious, had a great view. and only a couple blocks from the beach. We loved it!!!
