Positive: My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay at the hotel during the New Year’s Eve period. The hotel is of a high quality, the fact that there’s a direct access to the beach and the coral reef is right outside the doorstep is certainly an additional plus. The hotel took a really nice care of us when we requested to change our room - here I need to specifically mention Mahmoud, working at the front desk - he was extremely kind, patient and accommodating. He certainly made our stay extra pleasant. I also need to mention Spicy, working within the entertainment team. The energy he was bringing, and his ability to connect with other guests was outstanding. The hotel is very lucky to have them both onboard.

Positive: The property itself is good, clean with different bars and restaurants , amazing interior design and a beautiful sea view. The rooms are big and clean too, the mini bar was ok. They have a shisha spot in the hotel with traditional furniture which is cool. A special thanks to Mr. Emad from the reception for his efforts to help resolve our issue; however, unfortunately, it was too late, as he only reached out to us during check-out.

Negative: We reserved a room with a pool view; however, there was significant noise from the activities around the pool area, which made it difficult to rest or take a nap during the day. The most disappointing issue occurred during check-in. We were required to wait at the reception for more than two hours, despite explaining that we had just arrived from a long flight and were extremely tired. Unfortunately, neither the night manager nor the reception staff made any effort to assist us or offer a solution. We even offered to pay for an additional night simply to be able to rest for a few hours, but we were repeatedly told that we had to wait until 5:00 a.m. No alternative or gesture of assistance was provided at that time. The hotel only reached out to us during check-out in an attempt to address the issue, which was disappointing, as the problem should have been handled when it occurred. It was truly sad.

Positive: The resort enjoys an excellent location and is kept spotlessly clean. A variety of activities are arranged daily, and you can sense that every staff member takes personal responsibility for the resort’s reputation. Although we encountered some payment issues at check-in, General Manager Mr. Hany and Assistant Front Office Manager Mr. Ahmed Ibrahim coordinated everything to solve the problem promptly. My daughter and I truly enjoyed this vacation and look forward to returning here soon.
