However, because of this is has one of the best situations in Javea with a lovely view, litttle passing traffic, parking and a large terrace facing south for guaranteed day long sun both in summer and winter - a rarity in Javea!

**The Location**
Step outside and in just 5 minutes you’ll find yourself on Jávea’s famous sandy Arenal beach, lined with lively bars, beach cafés, and restaurants to suit every taste. Stroll along the promenade, browse boutiques and local shops, or enjoy fresh seafood by the sea. A leisurely 20-minute walk brings you to Jávea’s charming port area, while the historic old town is easily reached by car or the tourist “train.”
**Getting Here**
No car? No problem. Airport transfers from Alicante drop you just a short walk from the apartment, and during summer the tourist “train” conveniently connects the Arenal, the port, and the old town. If you do prefer to hire a car, we’ll happily recommend trusted rental options and there is parking on site.

With the beach and promenade so close, teenagers can enjoy a sense of independence in a safe environment, while parents relax knowing everything is within easy reach. Several nearby restaurants also have swimming pools that welcome guests.

Summary: We had a fantastic time staying in Deborah's apartment. It is exactly as shown in the listing. The check in / check out process was very easy. Deborah met us and explained how everything worked and pointed us in the right direction to the things we needed. There was a slight issue with the Internet speed, but Deborah got onto the telecoms company immediately and had it resolved. The apartment is sparkling clean and fully equipped with everything you could need. The view from the balcony is wonderful, watching the boats and jet skis pass. It's also just a few mins walk from the beach. A big thank you Deborah for a great stay. We will certainly visit again.

Summary: The apartment is lovely with all the best furnishings. It is in a great location - the waterfront area of Jávea is magical. Deb, the property owner, was incredibly helpful. She picked me up at the bus stop and took me back when it was time to leave. We weren't sure if the bus was running due to Good Friday holiday and she was even willing to drive me to Calpe, my next stop. Way above and beyond. This was the best VRBO experience I have had. Thank you Deb!

Summary: We’ve just got back home to Bournemouth and can honestly say we have had a great time in Xabia. Deborah from the time we booked was very responsive and answered all our questions. The apartment itself is of very good decor and is spotlessly clean and very comfortable and well equipped. The area is also beautiful, right by a marina and a very easy walk to all the restaurants and beach of which is also lovely. It’s worth while hiring the jet skis out and also a boat for half a day , very scenic along the coastline. We feel very relaxed after our break and cannot fault anything. Thankyou Deborah.
