Summary: We had 18 people stay in the Villa and it was perfect! There a quite a few steps so if you struggle it may not be for you but my 75 nan got on great. The local beach was beautiful but it is about 12 mins in the car. Car hire is a must. I had most of my contact with Lesley and she was nothing short of fantastic. She sent great restaurant recommendations and supported us in whatever we asked (we didn’t as for much as it was all already thought of) I would highly recommend this villa!

Summary: Beautiful Villa with stunning views. Amazing large pool.All the facilities you would need. Quiet area you do need a car. Plenty of room various different spaces didnt feel crowded with 18 of us being there. Lesley the owner was very helpful. If i may make a recommendation a gate at the top abd bottom of the steps keading to the pool would be useful it was hard stopping the little people going up and down them. No complaints from anyone.

Summary: Owners were incredibly helpful and we have stayed in one of their other properties before. Bedroom space and bathrooms amazing, but we felt like we had to keep contacting them for kitchen supplies, water and heating for water. More could be made of round the pool, possibly cabana or outdoor kitchen and table but a lovely property non the less. Thank you for the stay.

Summary: We absolutely the villa. It was comfortable for 18 people and everyone loved it so much. The facilities were brilliant, the kitchen and bathrooms were all great. The air con was very good throughout the villa too! The pool and outdoor area was the biggest hit and we all spent most of our time out there! The owners were so easy to communicate with and if we need another villa for a large group again we would contact Lesley and Jamie before anyone! The vill is about 15 mins drive from the Arenal but we found it easy to locate and there is a supermarket 5 minutes away (google the Masymas near the villa in Benitatxell) which was so convenient for everyone needing to pop out for food etc. Loved it and we wish we could go back!

Summary: Perfect for our large family gathering. The accommodation was very comfortable and spacious and the pool was great. We didn't meet Lesley (though she did arrange for someone to meet us) , but communication with her was easy and quick. The villa is not walking distance from any facilities, but the nearest supermarket is only 10 minutes drive away and the beach another 5 minutes. We all had a great time and were very happy to have chosen this villa.

Summary: We have just returned from this stunning villa, where we went to for our parent's 40th wedding anniversary. The villa is very spacious, has lots of chill out areas to relax and have some private time. The pool is massive and the games room is excellent for entertaining everybody. The villas was perfect for us, in total there were 16 of us and it was extremely spacious. I had to contact the owner on a few occasions to ask her for advice, and nothing was too much trouble from booking restaurants to organising transport to and from the restaurant for us. We would highly recommend this villa to anybody wanting a relaxing holiday in a spacious villa. Javea is a beautiful part of Alicante and the restaurants on the sea front are also beautiful. Make sure you read the Welcome Pack as there are some instructions in the pack that i wasn't aware of - like make sure the BBQ is left in a clean state. There is a chill out area at the front of the villa where you can sit with amazing scenery and views ahead of you - just perfect :) Overall experience of Javea and the villa - FANTASTIC
