Beautiful villa with private pool in Javea, on the gorgeous Costa Brava, Spain for up to 6 people.
The Mediterranean villa is located in the quiet and elegant district of Cap Marti.
The villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a great kitchen. In addition, an extra accessible, small apartment with bedroom, kitchen and small bathroom.
We bought this villa in the summer of 2019 from a Swiss family. We will be remodeling them for you and our guests in October 2019, make them a bit more modern and have some nice pictures taken. From November, everything will be ready for you and us to feel at home. New bedding, towels, freshly painted and nicely furnished. We are very happy and we are sure that you will like the same!
In the winter of 2019/20 we will also build a brand new summer outdoor kitchen with adjoining covered dining area outside by the pool.
The villa has a fantastic view of the sea and the Cap San Antonio.
The 10 x 5 meter pool is heated and guaranteed during the transitional period wonderful, stress-free holidays.
The villa has a beautiful Arcadeengang of original Tosca stone. Here you sit comfortably and protected, and in the summer, above all, wonderfully cool, let your mind wander, enjoy the view over the bay of Javea in the distance and will never want to leave like us.
The whole property is over 1000 square meters and completely flat. The inside of the villa is also level and barrier-free. At the entrance to the property is an automatic sliding gate, the property is fully fenced and lined with gorgeous, colorful hedges so you can enjoy maximum privacy within the property.
The inside of the villa is fully air conditioned and has underfloor heating and an open fireplace.
High-speed Wi-Fi with fiber optic connection, real leather luxury sofa, flat screen TV with Netflix - Movie connection - you and your family will certainly want for nothing.
The villa is located in the very quiet residential area of Cap Marti, Javea. Supermarkets can be reached in 2-3 minutes. The beautiful sandy beach is 5 minutes by car, to the small, picturesque bays with it is a maximum of 10 minutes.
Javea is a great town, which differs in particular from the many other cities on the Costa Blanca, that there is virtually no "cheap tourism". The majority of the guests stay in the private villas, besides there are 2-3 smaller hotels and comparably few apartment complexes.
The city is very clean and safe. A great beach promenade with nice restaurants and bars, a picturesque old town and an original harbor district characterize this pearl on the Costa Brava.
From April to October the arrival and departure day is Saturday. For other days ask how to inquire before. Thank you so much!
In the months November to March we offer for long-term tenants (from 4 weeks) depending on the duration of the booking high special discounts. Please ask us without obligation.

Summary: Great villa with beautiful gardens and exceptional outside facilities which included an outside kitchen and hot water shower. Summary: The outdoor space was fantastic. Unfortunately no water in the jacuzzi and the ping pong table couldn’t be used due to being located in a very hot garage. The stunning sea view would have been years ago when trees were not matured. You are paying for the outdoor space. Not walking distance from the local beaches.

Summary: We had the best time, amazing location, really easy to get to the beach and local shops around a 5 min drive. The outdoor kitchen was amazing, I was able to cook and still watch the kids in the pool. The bedroom layout was fab, we were all close and the children felt safe. The communication with the owner was brilliant, very informative, and touched base throughout our stay. It was a great Villa for our family.

Summary: We spent two weeks in this fantastic house and are extremely pleased with both the location and the facilities that were offered, e.g. pool, jacuzzi, table tennis, etc. In the large pool we spent many lovely hours, the adjacent outdoor kitchen was perfect for both breakfast and dinner or just to be able to go straight up from the pool and get something cooling to drink from the fridge. Everything was perfect and felt well thought out. The area is very quiet, we hardly saw or heard neighbors or passing cars. We had a rental car and always took it on the way down to Arenal beach or further into Javea. Of course it would have been possible to go to the beach, probably about 20 minutes, but as the roads are quite narrow without sidewalks before you reach the "centre", it didn't feel interesting. Our host Rainer was always available if we had questions, as was Georgiana who received us on the day of arrival, very helpful. In summary: A great villa we would be happy to rent again, 10/10!

Summary: We had a fantastic time at this wonderful villa, fully accessible throughout, including shallow steps and a handrail into the pool - which is very hard to find. Everywhere was easy to access so we had one very happy disabled customer. It's a very quiet location, hardly any noise or passing traffic. It's a 20 minute downhill walk into the Arenal area where you will find shops, restaurants and bars aplenty; definitely a taxi back though, these hills are steep! I had planned on hiring a mobility scooter but the location is not suitable for that, the roads are single track and very narrow with no pavements until you get into town so it would have been dangerous to try; the hills were too steep for my wheelchair so I was stuck with taxis which were quite expensive. However the taxi company we used was reliable, friendly and accessible so we were happy to use them. I wouldn't market this as 'car not required', it would have been useful to have a car and would have been cheaper than the multiple taxis we used. But that doesn't take away from the fact that this is an amazing villa and the owner couldn't have been more helpful from day one right through to the end of our holiday. Would I go back? Probably not, but that's mainly because of the location and my particular circumstances of being disabled, the property was first class and I would highly recommend it.

Summary: Picked this property as it was all on one level. My husband has Parkinson’s and we also had our 1 yr old grandson with us. The villa suited all our needs perfectly, my daughter , son in law and baby stayed in the separate “apartment “ and was great for them. The grounds are beautiful and the outside kitchen is so well equipped that you don’t need to use inside. We love Javea and this villa was the best we have stayed in. We will definitely stay here again! 😊

Summary: We have just spent a month there and loved so much about this villa and the area. Just a short drive or 40 minute walk to Arenal beach which is just humming with great selection of restaurants, bars and a beautiful beach which is perfect for the children. The villa has everything you want for your stay and the outside space is wonderful. We loved the heated pool, hot tub and the outdoor kitchen and bathroom. We had such a great time, can’t wait to return.
