This is a spectacular luxury modern villa with beautiful private mature gardens with a cascading waterfall into the heated swimming pool. There is an outdoor BBQ and kitchen area with plenty of seating and sunbeds. Covered patio area with new sofas for relaxing afternoons. Newly added is a table tennis area.
The large entrance hall features a double staircase of marble and stainless steel. There is a separate dinning room with double doors adjoining the lounge; the lounge has ample seating with large 3D plasma TV full sky package WIFI and playstation console with various games.The kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons. Upstairs there are four bedrooms all with en suite and two more downstairs sharing a shower room. All rooms have hot and cold air conditioning plus underfloor heating throughout.
The villa is situated less than 5 minutes from the Arenal beach, bars and restaurants.
The villa is south facing with superb views of the orange groves and the Montgo Mountain which boasts stunning sunsets of an evening.

Summary: A very spacious and well laid out villa, very close to Javea. We were 6 adults and 3 children. It is a well designed and well thought out villa. We spent most of our time outside in the pool, and appreciated the number of different areas to sit and relax, or sunbathe. The garden has been very well designed. Inside the house is very impressive with plenty of large bedrooms, all with air conditioning, a lovely lounge and dining room, and a good kitchen. All capped off with a very grandios entrance. We thoroughly enjoyed our week here, was just what we needed. Steve was very welcoming at the property when we arrived to show us around, which was much appreciated. Would thoroughly recommend a stay at this villa.

Summary: My family, (8 adults and a 15 month old) spent a week at Steve’s villa and wish we could have stayed longer. The villa has everything a family/group of friends of all ages could ask for. You really do get the wow factor when you arrive. It has everything you need and plenty of eating/relaxing areas inside and out. We each had a double room with our own bathrooms and still had 2 spare bedrooms. We booked a taxi to and from Alicante airport which went smoothly. My son and his wife chose to hire a car for them and their 1 year old son. The car did come in handy for supermarket trips. We got taxis to and from the beach/restaurants which cost about €12 each way. There was a lovely garden centre a few minutes walk away which did food and I believe there was another one close by but we didn’t go there. Steve and his daughter Danielle are great hosts who were very helpful and quick to answer any questions before and after we arrived. We will certainly return to this villa and stay for 2 weeks next time 😎

Summary: Our family group of adults and children loved the villa and facilities. The children especially enjoyed the pool. The garden area was spacious and well kept. This allowed the children to play and to have shade when not swimming in the pool. Good number of loungers and parasols. Good location for supermarkets and beach areas. Everything was perfect for our stay. A great week was had by everyone. Many thanks to Steve and Danielle who answered all our pre and during trip enquiries promptly. Great stay.

Summary: Requiring a rental property for our family group ages 71-6, was never going to be easy. Or so we thought! Step forward this beautiful villa on the outskirts of Xabia. From the well equipped kitchen to the 6 spacious bedrooms, this house matched our expectations and then some. Three distinct eating areas, a massive outbuilding which housed a bbq, and a heated pool of handsome proportions, all added up to our week’s holiday being stress free and enjoyable. The owner knows what people want. Plenty of towels both for domestic and pool use showed that someone was aware of holidaymakers’ needs. the lounge was furnished with comfortable settees , perfect after a day out sightseeing , swimming and topping up the tan. And, an extra bonus was a tv with every channel known to mankind. Security was provided by high fences and an automatic gate. The house is also alarmed and fully shuttered. Everyone in our party loved being here. Loungers aplenty around the pool with a balcony overhanging two seated areas , meant plenty of seating after a dip in the heated pool. You do need a car as it is about 5/7 mins from either the lovely old town of Xabia or the extensive beach at l’Arenal. Thursday is market day! Two garden centres which both serve food are very close to the house. The Whale is mainly fish and is about a two minute walk along the road which can be busy at times. All in all ,if you are a large group I doubt very much if you would be able to find a place as perfect.

Summary: We have stayed in Javea many times and I can truly say this villa is the best we have experienced for our family group. Our son & his family, including two under tens, our daughter & her family including two older teenagers and my husband & I. Really well equipped, lovely private garden and importantly for a March/April stay a heated pool of a decent size. Nothing but praise for the hosts - would highly recommend for larger groups - there were eleven of us and plenty of space for all. Near the Arenal (5 minutes by car) and great views of the Montgo from the front of he property. All in all a lovely holiday Thank you x

Summary: My mother decided to trat the family for a week in Spain and this beutiful house then she turned 80 years. It was a fantastic week, with a lot of good food and playing in the pool. I highly recommend this house and the owner Steve.

Summary: Villa was beautiful however you do need to have a car, no oaths to walk on. But very peaceful. Felt like home staying there, Steve and Danielle were fantastic in communication. Area down by old town and Harbour is great. Taxis to town supermarket cost about £10 many thanks

Summary: This villa is absolutely beautiful! We spent our holiday three families together and everybody loved the place. A very nice welcoming from the hosts. The kitchen is well equipped, the pool area is fantastic with a beautiful garden! We already miss the fantastic view over the Montgo’ mountain (some in the party climbed to the top) We have booked villas for many years in different countries but Villa Sedona is the best one! Thank you for a great holiday!
