Positive: A stunning, comfortable chalet with everything you need. All clean, modern and beautifully decorated with lovely welcome gifts. The hosts Michaela and Kevin are so friendly and accommodating. I would say this is one of the best places we have stayed in In a lovely peaceful location. No car needed once arrived, so many walks around the area.We would not hesitate to recommend this place to stay. It is our pleasure to give great feedback,. Thank you both for a truly relaxing few days in your lovely chalet.

Positive: Hosts were very welcoming. Location was very peaceful. Beautiful views from the cottage. Plenty of walks nearby. The cottage was very clean and comfortable and met all our needs situated in a beautiful part of the Lake District. We're hoping to visit again!

Negative: The weather could have been better but even in the rain there's always something to do in the Lake District.

Positive: It was in a magical surroundings, the place was just what we needed for a relaxing time away, everything that you need was at the summerhouse, was greeted by the owners sister on arrival, very friendly and she explained everything to us made us both feel very welcome. Lovely touch with the bread and eggs , loved waking up to the chickens and cows in the next field along. Lots of books and information left by the owners in the property , Just an amazing holiday from start to finish.

Positive: The property is lovely and really well maintained. It’s open plan with an en-suite which was perfect for our stay. It’s very peaceful and there is privacy from the main house which is an added bonus. There was a little welcome pack to get us started and things like a full size oven and fridge made it all the more comfortable.

Negative: Whilst not a big deal the sat nav directions keep taking me around in circles so a sign in the village or written directions for arriving would have been fantastic. Similarly I booked what I thought was accessible accommodation but there are 5-6 steep steps up (owners were great and said to use the garden) but something to be aware of if a wheelchair user.
