Positive: Great location, amazing accommodation, it all seemed brand new, large, clean, comfortable. Great pressure in shower. The large bathtub!

Negative: The dining area lighting was a bit dim! One of the high stools was very squeaky! Pillows were a bit lumpy. The sofas were a bit uncomfortable too after a long day of walking.

Positive: Gorgeous property which had everything we could have wished for. Wonderful rainforest shower which was much appreciated after running the Ullswater Way. Chilled bottle of fizz on arrival was much appreciated. Exceptional value for money especially considering location in the Lakes.

Negative: Milk sachets in the fridge were out of date (but honestly, that’s the only thing we could fault).

Summary: Fantastic stay in a gorgeous lodge. No hesitation in recommending to others.

Positive: The lodge was spotless and furnishings were so comfy. The owners have paid great attention to detail and their is everything you could possibly need. The views from the balcony is wonderful. Beautiful touches such as prosecco and fresh flowers on arrival. The hosts are on site due to being a working farm and they are so friendly nothing is to much for them. Only 10 mins walk into poorly bridge.
