Nestled in a secluded valley in Ojai, on more than five acres of foothills, this property offers stunning views of orchards and mountains. It is both close to town and directly adjacent to the Los Padres National Forest. Watch beautiful sunsets, lounge by the tranquil pool and spa, grill locally-caught fish on the BBQ, and enjoy all the wonderful activities that Ojai and the surrounding area have to offer--great restaurants and shopping, numerous spas, miles of bike paths, outstanding golf, abundant tennis courts, and wine tasting from local vineyards.
The house has five bedrooms and four baths. There are multiple balconies off the bedrooms that offer lovely vistas of mountains and orchards. The all-natural Pure Latex Bliss beds provide restful nights of sleep. Beautiful hardwood floors and country and antique furnishings complement the house. The kitchen and dining room are well-equipped and large enough for families and small groups.
The property is best suited for quiet getaways for families and small groups. Parties, events, or other gatherings that may involve loud music or excessive noise are specifically not allowed. The maximum number of guests is strictly limited to 10 guests, including children. In order to prevent the spread of Covid-19, we ask that all members of the group be from one household.

Summary: Part of me wants to keep this place a secret, so it’ll always be available when I want to book it, but it would a disservice to the amazing location and hospitality from Andy. Everything about this rental was incredible — the location, the views, the amenities, the bedrooms, etc. In a lot of ways, it reminded me of staying in a villa in Italy, which I had the privilege of doing one summer. But the villa never had a pool or hot tub, so I guess this was better! I also appreciate Andy’s kindness and attentiveness. He always responded to messages within 15 minutes or less. This is a 5/5 star rental! We definitely plan on coming back!

Summary: This home is perfectly serene and private while being only 5 minutes from the center of Ojai. Our girls weekend fit perfectly here - the views are spectacular and there are plenty of chairs, balconies, and special spots to take advantage. We loved the giant dining table and the outdoor tables made al fresco eating easy. We ended up foregoing many of our planned activities to hang out at the house and pool - everything we needed was right there! We highly recommend this home for a girls weekend!

Summary: What a wonderful home! It is so large and comfortable. Lots of places to hang out, dine, play cards, swim, enjoy the view. Wonderful trees, pool. A bit tricky to find, but just carefully read the owner's instructions- that helps!

Summary: A group of 8 stayed here for a weekend trip to Ojai and we loved it. The furniture is actually updated from the photos listed on VRBO and is nicer. The whole neighborhood is beautiful. There are multiple terraces in the house with gorgeous views. This is a great place for friends or family and I would definitely recommend it.

Summary: This was our 3rd year at this great house. As always Andy is a great host, very responsive and accommodating. Plenty of room for our family of 10, great pool, beautiful surroundings and the house is stocked with whatever we need. Close to downtown Ojai but feels very secluded and private. We're looking forward to coming back next year!

Summary: My friends and I stayed for 5 days and had a wonderful relaxing stay. The pool was the highlight! The views from the pool and all areas of the property were outstanding. Because it was so nice, we mainly lounged around the pool and cooked most of our meals in the well equipped kitchen. We had to communicate with the owner about a maintenance issue and they sent a handyman within a 1/2 hour and were very responsive. We would all love to stay here again!

Summary: This home and the property it's on are so gorgeous. It's a beautiful, tranquil place to relax and enjoy the wonderful sites of Ojai. It feels secluded, nestled in the hills and surrounded by nature, but it's just 10 minutes away from downtown Ojai which has adorable local shops and local restaurants with amazing food. The home itself feels so warm and cozy with lots of fun and quirky decor that feels very Ojai. The house had plenty of space for me and all my friends to get ready together before going out on the town, and lounge about and relax when we were staying in. Having the pool with the built-in hot tub was such a fun addition to our trip. The host left very clear instructions for how everything works and was quick to respond to any questions I had. He was very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend staying here!!!
