Settle into a quiet holiday home in Villa Montbui in the mountains of Catalonia, just 45 minutes from Barcelona and the beach!
Take a glass of sangria and a sandwich from your barbecue in the place and rest by your private pool (6m x 12m, depth of 90cm to 2m) while breathing the fresh mountain air that surrounds your private garden of 800 square meters. A shaded dining area in the patio provides respite from the sun's heat and allows you and your loved ones to come together and share stories with a few more glasses of wine. After lunch, enjoy a game of basketball through the hoop on the driveway.
Guests of this three-story, 400-square-meter villa will have access to all the amenities and comforts that they would find in their own homes. The partial basement level houses a WC, a living room with a sofa and television, and a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer.
The ground floor features a brightly lit, fully equipped kitchen with direct terrace access, a living room with a decorative fireplace, and a dining table with seating for four, plus large windows to let in ample sunlight from the patio. There is also a second WC on this level.
Eight guests can choose from one of four bedrooms: (1) one trundle bed containing two 90cm x 2m single beds, (2) one trundle bed containing two 90cm x 2m single beds, (3) one 2m x 2m double bed with an ensuite bathroom with bathtub, (4) one 135cm x 2m double bed with an ensuite bathroom (shower) and direct terrace access.

A bus stop is just 100m from the villa while the nearest train station is 15km away in Granollers-Mollet, from which you can take day trips into Barcelona (25 minutes) or to the beaches of Barceloneta (30 minutes).

Summary: The property we stayed at was PERFECT! The whole place was very clean and beautiful. We ran into 0 problems while we were there. The kitchen appliances were fully functional and allowed us to explore the region on a small budget. The pool was a touch cold, but in early September that is the risk we accepted. If the weather was hotter, in the 90s Fahrenheit I bet the pool would have been perfect, but we had low 80s for our stay. But we also did not need air conditioning and we really prefer to have windows and a nice breeze in the house anyway. The views were stunning! This property provided us with the most amazing romantic getaway we could have asked for. Thank you!!!!

Summary: Villa Montbui was a wonderful home for our weekend close to the mountain. We loved the space, the modern decoration, the BBQ area and its wonderful pool. The area is very quiet and you have everything you need to enjoy your precious family time but you do need a car to get there. It was very easy to do the self check-in with them, which gave us flexibility when planning the weekend. They also prepared a welcome book with instructions and contact details, and they provided us with a map and some recommendations in the area. The villa was clean, tidy, well equipped (fridge, oven, microwave, coffee machine, air conditioning, TV,...) and the beds were super comfortable. The house has space to park several cars in the front yard. We strongly recommend this amazing villa!!!!

Summary: The villa was amazing - spacious and fully equipped with everything we needed. We all loved the pool, the large terrace areas and the views over the mountains were incredible. Dawn, at Catalunya Casas, was so attentive and provided the most knowledgeable, personal and friendly service of any agent we have booked through when travelling abroad. Summary: Spacious property that looks as advertised. The pool was lovely and bigger than we initially thought. The property is completely gated in so it feels very private even though it's a residential neighborhood. The communication with the property managment was fantastic. They answered every email prompty and were very kind. I would recommend a stay here.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. Villa was just as pictured, spacious, clean and fully stocked. We enjoyed every space in the home, including the seating area in the second level. Pool and outdoor spaces were quite large and beautiful. Lovely views. The address link emailed, sent us to wrong location but everyone was very helpful in helping us arrive to the correct address although we arrived past midnight and weren’t sure we’d be able to get anyone on the phone but they were great!
