This delightful 357m² house located near the village of Sentmenat features a peaceful and private garden with large swimming pool and plenty of lounging areas. Enjoy the Catalan sun bordering a natural park with plenty of nature. The villa features 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, electric blinds, kitchen, living room, dining room, 4 separate terraces, a games rooms and a private swimming pool of 4 x 8.5m, ensuring maximum comfort for its 12 guests.
The 6 bedrooms spread over the 3 floors of the house are arranged as follows: (1) one double bed 135 x 200, (2) one double bed 180 x 200 with bathroom and access to terrace, (3) one double bed 150 x 200 with private terrace, (4) one double bed 135 x 200 with access to terrace, (5) one single bed 190 x 90 with private terrace, (6) one double bed 135 x 200 and one single bed 190 x 90 with private terrace.
The basement area offers a wine cellar with billiards, table tennis room, table football and bathroom. Televisions, internet, board games and books will keep the entire family happy and occupied within the confines of this vacation sanctuary. The garden, with its fully private pool is ideal for moments of intense relaxation.

Summary: Booking through catalunyacasas was so easy and they made our whole accommodation experience stress free . The villa itself was immaculately presented with plenty of easy instructions provided for use and enjoyment . We liked the personal note from the owner the kitchen in this particular property could have been better equipped in terms of cooking equipment and wine glasses

Summary: Hi The departure rules came after we had left, so we washed the dishes took the garbage away but the bed we left with the sheets, sorry! The stay was good beside that two times more the light was of, even it was not raining but beside that it was a nice time for my wife and me!

Summary: Modern, well designed, very comfortable, excellent condition of the technical equipment like aircon, artificial grass, garden furniture, pool and showers. Convenient grocery stores just 8 driving minutes away. We unanimously rated it 9 out of 10. Last point is easily earned by investing in a functional dishwasher (even hardly used glasses came out dirtier, regardless of the program applied, resulting in numerous cycles a day and hand washing) and low graded oven.
