Modern country villa of Catalonia Houses with private pool and beautiful views of the National Park of Sant Llorenc de Munt, just 20 km from the center of Barcelona!
The villa of 300 square meters is situated on a plot of land of 810 square meters and offers complete privacy with unrivalled countryside and mountain views. Five bedrooms, 4 bathrooms generous sized living areas, large outdoor dining terraces, and a private swimming pool (4.5m wide x 8.5m long, minimum depth 1m, maximum depth 1.5m) plus five sun loungers and an outdoor sofa promise complete relaxation and seclusion during your holiday in Spain.
The exterior of the villa also features a chill-out zone with outdoor beds for sunbathing.
A rustic brick wall separates a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances from a classy, charming dining room. Relax and entertain in your living room with a television, DVD player, books, toys, and games for everyone to enjoy.
Five bedrooms welcome up to 14 guests in the following arrangements: (1) 3 singles beds (ground floor bedroom), (2) one double bed (ground floor bedroom), (3) one double bed and 1 single bed, (4) one double bed, (5) one double bed and one single sofa bed, and the common area has two double beds, each sleeping two guests. One of the bathrooms on the ground floor is equipped for guests with limited mobility. Sizes of the beds are 100x200 cm for single bed and 130x200 cm for double bed.
This elegant and modern villa is ideally located for nature lovers, hikers and mountain bikers as it borders stunning Sant Llorenc de Munt Natural Park. Guests are welcome to bring pets with pre-approval and for an additional fee. Please inquire for more information.

Summary: The stay in Barcelona was excellent! We had a party of 8 adults and we really enjoyed our stay completely. There was no hastle with the refund of the deposit and finding the place with a GPS was pretty simple. The location of the villa is ideal for a holiday away from the city hustle and bustle. A definite recommendation to others considering a stay here.

Summary: This Villa was the perfect spot for a group of 10 golfers - large and modern. Perfect wtih its quiet location and nice garden with the pool - just as described on the homepage. We choose this Villa after talking to Maria - and it was just what we needed. Great help from the agency when we had a little accident. If you need a Villa for a group same size this is perfect - even though you need a car, also if you wish to visit Bracelona

Summary: Hi The departure rules came after we had left, so we washed the dishes took the garbage away but the bed we left with the sheets, sorry! The stay was good beside that two times more the light was of, even it was not raining but beside that it was a nice time for my wife and me!

Summary: Staff very helpful. Villa was very comfortable although we have stayed in many villas in many different countries and have NEVER had to pay for towelsbed linen (something you may want to address in the future). We were pleased with fully locking gates at the villa but felt the location was too far from any shops, barsrestaurants as we like to stroll out of an evening but this of course is only our personal preference.

A little far from Barcelona city and airport, but nonetheless a greta plave for a quiet family vacation in a beautiful area Include a welcome kit (water, snacks, etc.) - that makes it more welcoming than having to request and pay for it in advance.
