I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice house. Good vacation spot for a family. The face every bedroom has a bathroom is very nice. The pool was nice to have, but needs to be cleaned and would be nice for access to pool other than thru a bedroom. The short walk to the beach wasn't that bad, but a golf cart would be nice addition.

Summary: Easy to check in and communication with management was good. Lots of steps that we weren't prepared for with aging parents. Beautiful view from balcony and only a short walk to the beach. Well stocked kitchen. The only negative was that the pool was very cold and needed to be cleaned.
