Summary: It was a short walk to the beach which was perfect. I did miss in the description that the pool was shared. We were unable to use it much because of large groups in the other two houses. Overall everything was great. The layout was perfect for our family. The kitchen could definitely use some new pans.

Summary: This was a great house for our extended family beach trip. It was so close to the beach -- a 3 min walk that was close and safe for even school-age kids to run back and forth without an adult. Plenty of beds/bedrooms/bathrooms for all of us. It's a very nice property but obviously "well-loved" by PCB beachgoers, but everything in decent condition for our stay. We would love to go back!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay here. Our host, Amy, was quick to respond to questions and the house was by far the best one we’ve rented in PCB. Very clean and there was so much room for our family to spread out when we needed our space. Just a short walk across the street to beach access, which was great, and the older kids enjoyed being able to take advantage of the bikes.

Summary: Our stay was great. Beach is far less crowded than other places we have stayed in years past. House exceeded our expectations and tiki bar and pool table were fun. They had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The shared pool was great, no issues with the other house. Had it heated, which was great at night. Plenty of room for our group of 17. We will be back.
