Summary: Lovely property that was indeed very large and accommodated our family of 13 very well. Amazing views. Awesome beach. We had a great time with our group that ranged from toddlers to great grandparents.

Summary: It’s nice that the house is new and has ensuites. It had a few maintenance items but they were taken care of the day we reported them. The kitchen has bare minimum for cooking. Location is 10-15 car drive from restaurants and shopping. Don’t waste your money with the golf cart. The beach was not crowded so that made the stay great.

Summary: This home has everything. Beautiful kitchen for home cooked meals. The view. The location. The pool. The ocean. We loved everything about it. We rented a golf cart and could get everywhere we needed to from this location. The property manager was very attentive and responded immediately to all of our questions. The kids had a blast in the playroom. We would love to go back!

Summary: Our family of 19, my wife and I, our kids and grandkids stayed for Spring Break week. The house was beautiful and perfect for our large family. There was plenty of space for all of us to roam without feeling crowded. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything you need to cook large meals for large groups. Each of our kids took a night and cooked for the family and it worked out great. The pool was awesome and it was nice that it was heated for the cool nights. Mitch was great. We had an issue with the pool not heating and he was there right away to take care of it and brought a new propane tank when we ran out. You couldn’t ask for better service by an owner. The views are spectacular and the beach is right out the door. We have already begun to plan our return trip to Looney Dunes. If you have a large family or even if not, this is the house for you.

Summary: This home was beyond expectations for our 9 children and 7 adults. Everyone loved that there were multiple balconies, two refrigerators and an amazing game room. For the past 8 years we have spent a week after Christmas on the beach in PCB. Never have we had enough bedrooms, bathrooms and personal space. Thank you Warren Beach Rentals for finding us the perfect house, the perfect location and your quick response to any question and request. We even figured out the elevator per your guidance which was awesome with groceries and luggage. We will be back!!
