It is located on Bonito Drive, a short distance from the Marina, beach, and south-end Cabana Club. This home will be perfect for one or multi-families and will easily accommodate 12 guests. Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.
A golf cart will also be provided for comfortable, easy access to any location on the island.
TVs will be located in the living room and in all bedrooms.
Golf cart(s): If a golf cart is provided with the property it is considered complimentary and is not included in your rental fee. If it is available, you have use of the golf cart. If it is not available, you have not paid for it and therefore have no right to be compensated for the lack of use of the golf cart.
We make every attempt we can to insure the golf cart is operational, however, as your vehicle occasionally has maintenance issues, so do golf carts. If such an unfortunate malfunction should occur, we will notify the repair agency as soon as possible in an effort to get the golf cart repaired. A replacement golf cart will NOT be made available nor will compensation be provided, without exception.

Summary: This house was very well appointed. It had everything we needed. Our family ranged from teens to grandparents so the bedroom snd bathroom layouts were very fitting. Loved the location in mid island. Very convenient to beach and beach club.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at 809 Bonito. The location was great and having two golf carts was good. Information on internet and TV was easy to find. Clear check-in/check-out directions. It was just right for our family.

Summary: The house was very accommodating to our big group. Although, it wasn’t as clean as we were expecting. the washing machine does make some loud noises and there were a lot of rules we haven’t seen before in other rentals. The golf cart worked all week but the breaks don’t work and it’s a little difficult to turn. Overall it was a good experience!

Summary: This was by far the best rental house we’ve had on Fripp! The pictures of the main living space on VRBO do not do it justice-it is so spacious! The house was lovely and so clean. Highly recommend this rental. (The only thing it needs is more sharp knives for meal prep-besides that small detail we had a wonderful stay!)

Summary: For two families with 6 kids under 10, this home and Fripp Island was a perfect destination. The home was clean, nicely furnished, and had plenty of space, indoors and out, for the kids to play. The golf carts, which seem to be a necessity on this island, were perfect for shuttling to and from the beach and pool. Also, being centrally located on the island, we were never far from anything. With multiple pools, miles of uncrowded beach, fishing, bike trails, pickleball, tennis, golf, a kids nature center, and so much more, we never ran out of things to do. Even when we had a day or two of cool weather. It was a wonderful stay and we definitely plan on coming back!
