TWO 4 PERSON GOLF CARTS ARE INCLUDED IN RENTAL. Great location:
Less than a 4 minute ride
by golf cart to the beach;
1 minute ride to the marina.
Both marina and beach are within easy walking distance.
Spaciously sleeps 6..

New dual zoned HVAC system.
Home has been recently redecorated with a new window treatments; new linens; kitchen with granite countertops. All new state of art appliances, including washer and dryer.
Elegantly furnished with teak and leather furniture .
King primary suite with bathroom with walk in shower and freestanding tub.
One queen bedroom with adjoining full bath.
One bedroom with twin beds as well as full bath.
Each bedroom has it's own porch (not screened) It you like to sit on porch would need bug spray and citronella candles.
Bathrooms have a hair dryer and there is an iron in the laundry room

Summary: We stayed a full week at Ann’s beautiful Fripp island home and we couldn’t have been happier. The house is exactly as advertised- clean, spacious, and fully-stocked. The location is perfect- a 4-minute walk to the beach (1-minute golf cart ride), and the house is smack in the middle of everything so it is close to everything. The golf carts were such a nice touch- they both are in excellent shape and so nice to use instead of your car. We didn’t move our car for the full 7 days! Thank you, Ann, for providing such an amazing home for our family fall break vacation!
