This home features Carrera quartz countertops in all bathrooms and the kitchen. The primary bedroom is located upstairs and includes an en suite bathroom with dual shower heads, two sinks and a king bed with breathtaking ocean/marsh views. The lounge and laundry area are located between the primary and guest bedrooms. The guest bedroom upstairs has two queens with an en suite bathroom with a tub and two sinks. The third bedroom is on the first floor and has a queen bed with a full hallway bathroom for easy access. This property is not pet friendly.
The home features include a screened-in back porch, a deck off both front bedrooms, a full-size washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes new appliances and an icemaker in the fridge. Don't feel like cooking tonight? Walk across the street to the Bonito Boathouse restaurant to enjoy a taste of Lowcountry cooking. Entertainment includes 5 flush-mounted smart TVs in all bedrooms, living rooms, and lounge areas, with your favorite streaming applications and Samsung Live TV.
