Positive: Proximity to key attractions. Room could accommodate 6 person. Washing machine with adequate drying capabilities.

Negative: With 3 queen size beds, room becomes a bit tight. Not much space left for luggage packing and unpacking. Shower, wash basin and toilet not separate, so only one person can use at any one time. Floor gets wet and slippery after first shower. Be careful of the smooth mosaic tiles.
