Positive: It's at the Beijing Road, walking distance to 2 mrt station (less than 8 min walk). The Washing machine can be quite handy if you plan to stay long although it's slower than most modern machine. There's airport transfer service if you need it at a fees.
Negative: The mall below the apartment is quite dead. Other than the Starbucks and Heytea located on ground floor, the rest of the floor is close. There's a restaurant at the 8th floor and a cinema at 9th floor. The wait for the lift can be quite long.

Positive: Only good point is location is good.
Negative: Its an old building that is not properly managed. Furnishings of the apartment are old and broken. Toilet door is broken also. Aircon also not cold. Disappointed compare to the pictures shown. The environment of the apartment feels unsafe even though not many people around there.

Positive: Daily cleaning services. Bed and pillow are comfortable, the softness fits us. Location is superb and central. Next to Beijing road shopping street. Convenient to get taxi to surrounding shopping district.
Negative: The building and lift is old. Only 1 bathroom in 3 rooms apartment Especially lift can get crowded and long waiting time during peak hours.
