Positive: The location is super strategic, right at start of Beijing Lu and just next to MTR station. Easy accessibility. The beds are clean, which is most important. The owner is very friendly and helpful

Negative: The outside appearance of the apartment suite looks dodgy, lift were slow and full of people.

Positive: The apartment is just opposite to metro and next to the popular Beijing Lu. The attractions of Gaodi road and Dafu temple are all within a short walking distance. The room is spacious and come with kitchen. Nothing to complain for the price. Eateries and restaurants are plentiful as there are malls around it. The only thing I disliked is the long waiting time of the lift as there are many hotels within the same building.

Positive: Very good location, close to metro station and close to one of the most popular streets of the city. Spacious room. Host is friendly (however, he doesn't speak english)

Negative: The host didn't speak that much english, we had to use the translator to communicate. Then to do the check-out I had to wait about 20min, because he was not there. The building is very busy, so it's normal to wait a while to get the elevator.
