We look forward welcoming you. You will stay in a cozy and private garden apartment with a spacious bathroom, closet and open living room/kitchen area. The apartment has a beachy feel with terra cotta tiles, and oh so dreamy beading! Fresh towels (including beach towels)! and sheets for two. If needed, bedding will be set up for additional guest, if registered. You have a fully equipped kitchen and smart tv. It’s a perfect place to relax and enjoy walking over to the very popular Ocean Park beach which is two blocks away. Also, walking distance to an array of restaurants from cafe's such as the renowned Kasalta bakery, Lela’s and restaurants from seafood, mexican, pizzeria, peruvian, and even Fly dinning! Essentials such as 24 hour pharmacy, post office are just a few blocks. Easy access to public transportation to head to Isla Verde, Condado or Old San Juan.

Summary: My partner and I had the most incredible time here at Brenda and Toby's place. The location was convenient, safe and right near the beach. The place was stocked with everything; beach towels, chairs, a grill and a blender, for pina coladas ;) Brenda and Toby were incredibly gracious and welcoming. We had the best time and would surely book this place again!!!

Summary: Everything was as it was described. Very home feel like atmosphere, 2 blocks from the beach and $10 by Uber pretty much anywhere you want to go in the city. A lot of restaurants around too. Highly recommend

Summary: Thank you Toby and Brenda. We loved the Casita, the outside area. So close to the beach and restaurants. Easy to take the bus into Old San Juan. We would definitely stay again

Summary: The unit is a separate apartment that shares the back yard with the main house. The unit was spotlessly clean, super comfortable, and contained everything I could have wanted during my stay. Although it's in a neighborhood that seems to have a lot of vacation rentals, with the blinds closed and the shades drawn, it was nice and dark and quiet at night, perfectly comfortable for sleeping. The hosts, Bren & Toby, were so helpful and friendly. Check-in was a breeze, and Toby gave me a complete walk-through the unit. Bren had lots of great suggestions for places to eat, and I appreciated this insider knowledge. The location is in Ocean Park, about 3 miles from the Condado bridge to Old San Juan, and just under 5 miles from Old San Juan itself. The neighborhood is pretty residential, though the street (McLeary) is one of the major thoroughfares through Ocean Park, so there was a fair amount of traffic. Even so, the street noise tended to die down by about 9 or 10pm. I would 120% stay here again! The location is good, but the hosts were outstanding and the property was very comfortable and compatible with staying for a few weeks.

Summary: Great hosts that gave us some great recommendations and a lovely stay. We did move to a second locations a couple days into our trip to Old San Juan but both locations were great! This location was right next to an plenty of good food!

Summary: This little apartment is perfect for a trip with you and your partner. The apartment had everything we needed like cooking supplies, few groceries, beach chairs, towels, etc. The apartment was only a block from the the local Ocean Park Beach and about a 5 minute walk from a small strip of restaurants/bars. 10 minutes of an uber to reach areas like La Placita, clubs, casinos & night life & also tourists beaches, museums, etc. Hosts were easy to communicate with & were there to help us with anything. Overall an amazing stay and would definitely return!

Summary: Toby and Brenda were so friendly and accommodating. They were super responsive to any questions we had and seemed to genuinely enjoy hosting us. The apartment was clean and comfortable and perfect for two people.
