Positive: Our stay was perfect: the house is excellent, clean, modern and roomy. AC worked perfectly. All advertised amenities, incl soap, shampoo, conditioner & ktchen towels, were provided. The linen was neatly folded, and all towels provided were in matching colors. The host was accessible and friendly. It's in a safe, tidy area close to beaches, restaurant and supermarkets. This accommodation is ideal for both large families and couples.

Negative: It's recommended to install grab bars in the bathroom.

Positive: The property is in excellent condition - very clean, and is about a minute walk to the beach, which is definitely less populated than the public beach. Each room has a wall air conditioner and all worked great. It is also a walkable distance to restaurants and a Walgreens.

Negative: A few things I would recommend - 1) please consider having at least 3 beach chairs as there are none available at the beach and using just towels is challenging in sand; 2) vacuum - a lot of sand is tracked in, even with brushing off before entering; 3) include a small bottle or package of pods for the washer.

Summary: Don’t hesitate booking this property, it has nearly everything you need for a great beach vacation!
