Summary: the food in the restaurant was great, room was good amd clean, the staff on the desk remembered me from last time which was really nice. The breakfast was really good too, and the sauna.. wow the sauna...legendary.

Summary: Excellent hotel. Staff were professional and very friendly. The bartenders and wait staff especially were fantastic. Hotel is a short, easy walk to the U-Bahn. We’d very much be interested in staying again next time we visit.

Summary: Mixed experience... booked upgrade not recognised at arrival, took ages to get sorted. Next morning included breakfast not recognised and had to pay 34 euros.. later found email confirmation of inclusion so got that sorted only to find the late check.out had not been applied. Real issue was treatment at breakfast, made to feel i was trying to steal from them by a woman with very poor customer service skills. Not sure I'll be back despite the quality of the rooms being great, never had any ussues like this in the Marriott which is 50m away.
