Positive: great sauna/spa area. the rooms and beds are very comfortable and quiet. nice coffee and breakfast options. good location overall

Negative: they have a big expesnsive broken machine in the gym from technogym. what they need instead is a few mats, two benches and kettlebells/dumbells. for anyone that uses a gym, which is a lot of people these days, this would be the reason i dont book again.

Summary: overall great. few fixes to the gym needed.

Positive: nice spacious room with a beautiful view, beautiful spa area, breakfast offered a lot of choice; receptionists were friendly and helpful

Negative: cleanliness could be better (room service) but also at breakfast (please check the nuts, flaxseeds, mueslis etc. more regularly); flexibility of staff could be better, we wanted to order food at 21:40 (10 mins past the time the kitchen closes which we didn't know) and were not offered any small snacks and had to order food externally. not a lot of restaurants nearby, difficult to find something to eat later at night

Positive: The Location was good, room was nice and clean and the staff were good.

Negative: The room was incredibly hot and the air con didn't work. Made for quite an uncomfortable stay

Positive: First class hotel with excellent beds and a very nice spa. Very kind and helpful staff. During previous stays I also enjoyed an excellent breakfast there.

Negative: It's not located in the heart of the city centre. 1/2 hour walk to get you to the city.
