Positive: - Great location, near to the underground (metro). - Staff were friendly - safe neighbourhood

Negative: - We were not informed that there is no daily housekeeping at check-in/prior to our stay - Housekeeping needs to be requested, there is a QR code in the room to request it, however, when we did request it, it was not available/did not work. We then requested it at reception and the room still did not get cleaned the next day. - We stayed for 3 nights, and the room was not cleaned even once during our stay. This was very disappointing for a premium hotel and we felt that it should have been better communicated and we could have then made a better informed choice. - Clean towels/toiletries also have to be requested from reception, which I feel is quite inconvenient. The phone in our room did not work, so we had to do this at the reception desk each time. - Overall the, the rooms are a bit tired and in need of re-furbishment, especially the bathroom facilities and carpets, which appeared to be dirty/unhygienic.
