Positive: The accessibility to the underground train network was excellent. Couple of nice places around for groceries, quick bite.
Negative: Their housekeeping services weren’t on time. We requested for a room clean-up and even after submitting the request before the deadline for the day, our room wasn’t cleaned. We had to wait for 45 mins to get them to just do basic cleaning. Not quite happy that out of the 3 days we were there, they didn’t even bother to clean up well and give us a clean fresh room.
Summary: Pleasant, location wise quite convenient. Comfortable stay for a couple of days.

Positive: The hotel is in a great location, right next to the metro, making it very easy to get around. The city centre is just a few stops away. There is also a grocery store nearby, as well as a café where you can easily grab a snack or a coffee. The hotel itself is clean, tidy, and comfortable. I especially liked that drinking water was always available on the floor. Having a coffee machine and a refrigerator in the room was also very convenient. I really enjoyed my stay and would happily come back again.
Negative: One minor issue was that the heated towel rail in the bathroom was not working, so the towels were difficult to dry.
