Summary: Thank you so much for the use of your wonderful condo! We loved our stay! We will definitely keep your place in mind for future rentals. Loved all the local restaurants that were so close! (the Claw had the best Crab Sammy! ) Coffee Mill for breakfast! We also loved having use of the beach chairs (one less thing to bring). The beach was beautiful as well and so well maintained. This property is clean and so well maintained, we also loved all the beachy decor. The kitchen is lovely, and enjoyed the using the Keurig every morning. Lots of games and puzzles to choose from as well. We had hand soap in all out bathrooms so that was one less thing that we would have needed to bring. The beds were great and everyone slept well. (plenty of extra blankets for everyone) We enjoyed everything being so close together and also had fun in Rehoboth one evening and a local outlet shopping day. My mom was truly able to relax and unwind. Our only regret was not bringing our Corgi along! (next time!) This place is truly a gem and would recommend it on and off season. Thank you again!

Summary: Our family (4 adults, 1 child, 1 dog) stayed for 4 nights in August and had a wonderful time. The location couldn’t have been better- it is a 2 minute walk to the beach without having to cross any streets, plus there are several bars, restaurants, and shops very close by. We had plenty of dedicated parking which was nice. The house was very spacious which was great so we could spread out and not feel cramped when we were all home. It had all of the amenities we have at home. My husband and I worked remotely for some of the time, and had no issues with connectivity for our work purposes. The host was very responsive and timely with any answers when I had some questions in advance of our trip. All in all, would recommend this and we hope to stay here again in the future!

Summary: This property was in the absolute heart of Dewey. Short walks to all the bars and restaurants and a quick walk to the beach. Dan was a great help in the lead up to and weekend of our stay. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Dewey.

Summary: We usually stay in Dewey on the ocean side, and this is by far the nicest place we have ever stayed. The pictures don’t do it justice. It was especially nice for little ones because there were ample night lights around the house, mattress protection, 6 twin beds, and a pack and play which could easily fit in any room. The kitchen had every utensil and cookware we needed. The shower with hot water outside was especially great for sandy bottoms. The location is phenomenal, and there are three balconies to enjoy the views and weather. It is right near a Jolly Trolly stop. Steps from the beach. The owner was very helpful and responsive to any inquiries. Wish I could live here. Highly recommend
