Summary: Had a fantastic stay. 12 adults total, with plenty of sleeping options. The divided house worked out to give each group their own space. Awesome to be walking distance to downtown Dewey and the bars. Plenty of parking.

Summary: Our group consisted of 3 families, with kids’ ages ranging from 6-12, and we all really enjoyed our stay! Location - Easy walk about two blocks to the beach, easy enough for the littlest one in our group with no problems. The house is right on the corner of the main road, but there’s a crosswalk right in front, which makes it easy. House layout - It’s actually two units with separate entrances. The listing description does a nice job detailing the bedrooms/bathrooms on each side. It was nice with multiple families so that we could split up and not feel like we were on top of each other. The kids loved the room with double bunks, they thought it was so fun! The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, with updated appliances. Cleanliness - The house wasn’t as clean as I would’ve like. We wiped things down ourselves and was surprised that there was still a bit of grime and dirt on surfaces and handles. The floors were VERY dirty, they were swept but clearly not mopped.

Summary: We had a large group with a bunch of cars that wanted to relax on the beach during the day and go out to the bars at night and this house was 4 blocks from either one. Beyond the location, we had plenty of beds, space for the cars, and a big backyard to play games, hang out by the fire pit, and grill burgers for Memorial Day. It was a little odd that we had to drive up coastal highway for check-in when it seems like they could have just provided us the door code, but we were driving past the rental office anyway, so it really wasn’t inconvenient. Would DEFINITELY recommend and would stay again!
