Summary: We love staying here so much we have come back multiple times and plan to again many more. The attention to detail to the house is amazing, and they really put in the effort to give the group a wonderful experience. It's close to the beach, there are 2 hot tubs that make it convenient for large groups warming up from long visits to the beach. The kitchen has all the amenities, and the table is large enough that you can have a meal with everyone at the table. The property is beautiful, and we always have a fun time. The roof top deck corn hole was fun, and I brought along a kid set for the lawn downstairs. Everyone had a super fun time, and we recommend staying here especially for large groups.

Summary: My family of 21 people -- ages 3 to 80 -- stayed at Memories for a long weekend. We spent lots of time on the rooftop deck, grilled in the front yard, and visited the beach. A chef even delivered birthday cakes for our family celebration. The cheesecake was the best we had ever had. Definitely hope to come back!

Summary: 2nd year booking here and we love it. House is big enough for our growing clan of 15 adults and 11 children. Great room gives us enough space to spread out. Bedrooms and bathrooms are plentiful. The rooftop is great for nice days and love the hot tub/small pool. Owners/property managers are all great and think of everything..

Summary: We held our 2nd annual SBC reunion retreat (women who had attended the same church many years ago) at the Memories House. There were 24 of us and this was the first time staying at this home. Our retreat far surpassed our expectations and this home was partly the reason. The accommodations were wonderful; having an elevator was a blessing; and Gary (the owner) made sure we had everything we needed plus more. We left with wonderful memories that will last our lifetime. Anyone wondering whether they should host their event at Memories -- do it. You won't regret it.

Summary: We are a group of 'Wild, Wacky, Wonderful Women' (referred to as the '4Ws'). We are all 55+ and live in the same community, or have lived in that community, or are friends of someone in that community. We have finally found a resort property that checked all our boxes and more! The host was extremely welcoming and responsive. The house was very clean, dry, and fresh-smelling. It had every amenity we could wish for. The elevator made the 3-story house easy to navigate and the kitchen was a cook's dream. Everything worked and was easy to find, thanks to all the labels on the kitchen cabinets and drawers. Can't wait to return!

Summary: Our stay at Memories was terrific! Gary, Debbie, and Mike took great care of us - from the preoccupancy call to the daily treats to getting the garbage disposal replaced as quickly as possible! We thoroughly enjoyed our morning coffee on the roof and our daily soaks in the hot tubs. We were expecting the rooftop pool to be a bit bigger, but aside from that, everything was amazing! We highly recommend Memories!

Summary: We spent a week at the Memories House July 27th – August 3rd. We had a wonderful family reunion with 3 generations enjoying this incredibly spacious beautiful home. Gary and Debbie were great communicators both before and during our stay. The pre- occupancy check-in was a huge benefit as enabled us to talk through the amenities and sleeping accommodations which were tailored to our needs. The Great Room is very spacious with a large TV and plenty of seating , as well as a huge dining table that could seat all 26 of adults for our reunion. The rooftop with the view , relaxing space , and pool / hot tub combo was a huge hit. The “extras” included were an added bonus , in particular the fully set-up Bonfire Night which was thoroughly enjoyed. We also took advantage of the Chef option who prepared an amazing in house meal for 26 adults. Each day we were greeted with treats by Gary and his team .They take great pride in their home and were present throughout ensuring our needs were met. Although there were a few unforeseen issues , Gary and his team were extremely responsive and worked diligently to rectify any issues to ensure we were comfortable and satisfied in the end. We had a very positive experience and look forward to returning in the future to enjoy this very lovely home and make many more memories. Thank you! Susan/ Bob/ and Family
