Positive: Great location to Belleayre Mountain, Phoenicia, Woodstock, Slide Mountain and numerous other hiking trails, dog friendly, outdoor gazebo, screened room, fire pit and picnic tables plus kitchenette.

Negative: Our room on the end #8 was a little older and dated, musty smelling but the beds were really comfortable.

Summary: Overall we had a great stay and the outdoor setting was beautiful.

Positive: It was like going back in time to the awesome motels of my childhood! The room was enormous and in a beautiful setting.

Negative: It would have been nice to have windows that open to the fresh air. Even though it was 50 degrees outside our room was quite stuffy and we needed the air conditioner.
