Summary: This is a very clean home and very close to Belleayre. While it's only a 2 bedroom 1 bath, the upstairs loft is very large and the kids loved sleeping and hanging out up there. The house is well equipped with kitchen supplies, towels, and has a newer washer/dryer. The road it's on is very busy and you can hear some traffic noise so we never were out front except to enter the home. It has a comfortable open kitchen/great room and very good wi-fi. It has a nice backyard that backs up to a beautiful stream. It is just a short drive up to Belleayre and I recommend parking at the Tomahawk lift and skiing down to the gondola instead of using the main lot. Overall a very clean, very well designed home and the owner Stefan is very nice and easy to work with.

Summary: I can't believe I lucked into renting this house. Firstly Stefan is amazing. He sends you the best guide for the house and the area and is super responsive too. The place is well furnished and very updated. We didn't get to take advantage of the outside much because it was winter, but we can't wait to be back and sit around the fire pit. One thing to pay attention to is that it's on the main road, but it doesn't take away from anything.
