Positive: It was clean, nice interior decoration, spacious. Fresh yogurt and eggs available in their farm store was wonderful.

Negative: The apartment was on the top floor and my 79 year old aunt had a bit of a hard time walking up and down two flights but everything else was exceptional. The night view of Salzburg from the apartment was fantastic.

Summary: It was unexpectedly pleasant stay.

Positive: We love the peaceful setting of the property, and the lovely animals, the host family is very kind, they gave us a tour of their farm, very enjoyable stay!

Negative: I’m not good at driving so it would be a challenging for me to drive up the hill, but my husband doesn’t have problem at all. There are stairway to walk up to the property, we are perfectly fine with it, especially the host family was kind enough to offer help with our luggage.

Summary: Very enjoyable! Would love to stay again in the future!

Positive: This has to be one of the most amazing and memorable stays ever. The pictures underplay the beauty of the place. The host is super kind and very easy to communicate with. She picked us up from the train station as we didnt have our own car, took us on a tour of the whole place, sent us images with guidelines on how to navigate the farm and helped us if we had any issues. The place is perfect for anyone looking for - a brilliant view - a clean, well equipped space, - extracurricular experiences: they have a farm with animals (for people wondering, no, the place doesn't smell bad at all) , a shed you can buy organic groceries (eggs, meat, yogurt, bread and many more options), a treehouse with a swing and outdoor seating, beautiful open space to explore and walk through the forest, look at the stars and spot animals like deer etc. - a short walk (main road as well as the forest) can give you access busses connecting to city centre My family and I really enjoyed our stay and can't wait to one day plan another visit.

Negative: No complaints. Just keep in mind that some of the other apartments on the property are rented out and therefore you cannot make noise after a certain hour. Basically, you have to be respectful to the fact that people live there.

Summary: A truly unforgettable stay that made our holiday more exceptional. Highly recommended!

Positive: Location, size of the property and the breathtaking views. Located on top of a mountain it is also a farmhouse with sheeps and chickens. The host was very friendly and made sure we got everything needed. Absolutely recommend it!!

Negative: Could be useful to add shampoo in the bathroom.

Positive: Just a wonderful stay in an idyllic location. The apartment was located on a small working farm in the hills overlooking Salzburg and we were able to sample the fresh produce it produced which was a real treat! Already planning our return and wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!

Positive: The best views of Salzburg and the mountains from the balcony- we loved the sunrise and sunset. Renate is a lovely host and communicated well and was very eager to help us with anything. Apartment was spotless and we really enjoyed our stay. We were without a car and took the #2 bus to/from Salzburg, but requires a good 15 min uphill walk back to the apartment. Bring reflective gear or a flashlight for safety as cars use the same road without a sidewalk. My 73 yo mother was able to do the walk, we just made sure to go home before dark. We took taxi/bolt on travel days with luggage. The coffee maker was wonderful and be sure to enjoy the beautiful balcony views with some Austrian wine and cheese. Was a perfect stay for a mother-daughter Christmas/ advent trip to Salzburg. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom, and lounged on the comfy sofa in the evenings after spending the days out and about. The bakery at the #2 bus stop also sells small groceries- meats, cheeses, milk and some microwave meals, although we just stocked up at the groceries in town.

Negative: Nothing, our stay was excellent. Plan for some taxi rides if without a car - about 17-25 euros to the train station. Bolt was cheaper.
