We gladly reserve for you our villa in trendy style in an elevated and very exclusive residential area in Salzburg-Aigen. In our spacious and detailed villa with a dream view of the city of Salzburg you will find a home away from home.
The price for the Villa Salzburg starts at € 500,- per night (depending on season) for the whole family up to 14 people.
The price includes everything: laundry service, taxes and community taxes. Final cleaning € 350,- extra.

The family-friendly, cozy, comfortable trendy villa is equipped with a very large high-quality kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee and tea maker, electric stove with oven and much more.

Two bedrooms, a spacious living area with a TV and an additional kitchen and toilet are located on the ground floor. For a particularly relaxing stay, a steam room and a sauna are available. To cool down, two large double doors lead directly into the garden.
A large, slightly curved staircase leads you past the wine cellar to the first floor where you can find the main kitchen, the dining room and a living room. The open fireplace and large flat screen TV invite you to relax after exploring the city and its surroundings. From the terrace you can directly enjoy the breathtaking mountain panorama and unparalleled views of the ‘Mozart City’. Only a select few have such an exclusive and unobstructed view of the landmark of Salzburg, the fortress Hohensalzburg.
On the same floor is another bedroom with a nice west-facing terrace and a toilet. The other 3 bedrooms are located on the third floor with two large bathrooms including toilets.
In total, the house has 6 bedrooms with 3 balconies with direct views of the mountains of Salzburg. Plenty of space for your family and friends. 3 bathrooms with bath and toilets provide time for romance or relaxation. When you arrive, everything is prepared for you directly, the beds are made, tablecloths and towels, of course, we have prepared.
Our house is located in a prime location. In just 5 minutes you are in the historic center of Salzburg, where many world-class restaurants, bars, clubs and countless shopping opportunities await you. The villa is surrounded by forests and meadows for walking, hiking, and relaxing. During summer you can rent mountain bikes free of charge to explore the region. Fishermen can cast their fishing rod at the many fish reservoirs (the closest one is only 10min away). We are happy to organize fishing tickets! The nearest golf course is just 15 minutes from our villa and tennis fans can play a match at the nearby courts which are only 5 minutes from the villa.
The famous lakes of the Salzkammergut lake region, such as Wolfgangsee, Fuschlsee or Wallersee can be reached within half an hour. There are many attractive water sports available.

Summary: Nina & Andy were exceptional hosts. We were greeted by Andy upon arrival along with a welcome gift of freshly baked cake & Prosecco!! The property was wonderful with ample space for our group of 13, fun & unique decor, fully equipped kitchen & was within walking distance of the city center & old town. We especially enjoyed the garden & gathered there every evening to relax after our busy days & laugh about our adventures. I would highly recommend this property for large groups of friends and/or families!!

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at the Salzburg VRBO. Nina was an excellent host who went out of her way to make our stay comfortable and well informed about the area. We ate in one night and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking and an outside grill. There were bikes to use and the outdoor furniture was plentiful and really nice.

Summary: The property was ideal for multiple families, lots of bedrooms & bathrooms, good kitchen & VERY accommodating hosts! They brought new toys for our kids & pot holders for the kitchen, anything we requested. The walk through at check in was personalized & thorough- even helped us order pizza! The house has 4 levels connected by curving stairs (not ideal for anyone with mobility issues) No air conditioning but lots of windows to open (no screens) & fans provided for each room. Lots of parking for your vehicles & area for kids to play. Easy walk to historic area, parks, restaurants & grocery stores.

Summary: From the moment of booking to meeting us when we arrived with cake and wine after a long haul from the West Coast of the US, Andy and Nina made this trip perfect. They had this place spotless, so many ideas of things to do, responded promptly with bakery suggestions, etc. anytime. We all had a blast. Each floor has its own luxe vibe and privacy. The location is the best. Quiet yet a block from a Grocery store and an easy stroll to the fortress or old town. Don’t hesitate to book. It’s wonderful. We’ll stay again. I’d like to try one of their other properties. They made this trip so easy! My go to for true and beautiful places for sure. Thank you.

Summary: We were 2 families, 10 people in total, and had a wonderful time. Kitchen table and garden area gave us plenty of room to all be together. Bed and bath layout worked perfectly for us. Proximity to old city made Ubers and taxis easy, not expensive, and quick since we didn’t have our own cars. Nina and Andy were wonderful, communicative and attentive hosts who met with us on day 1 for a house walkthrough and helped arrange long distance travel arrangements for all of us for one of our day trips. We thought we’d be challenged with not having air conditining, but the fans and the many windows through the house helped with that.

Summary: The hospitality of our hosts Andy & Nina is beyond words. They took a lot of time before & during our stay and were always available for us. Our home was a wonderful oasis that offered an incredible amount of space and comfort. The house is furnished with a lot of love and passion and has a warm atmosphere. Nina and Andy have carefully preserved the original character of the house and expressed it in a special way through tasteful furnishings. The large seating areas invite you to linger, the wing chairs were wonderful places to relax and read. The entire interior exceeded our expectations and made our stay an unforgettable experience. We were able to reach the old town of Salzburg, the fortress, the castles and parks on foot and immerse ourselves in local life. We were very impressed by the friendliness of the people, the excellent cuisine and the historic character of the old town, which has been preserved in a special way. We travel a lot and have already seen many such accommodations. Here we have experienced a new dimension. This house is in harmony with the region, the mountains and the lifestyle. The view of the fortress and the snow-capped mountains is simply stunning. We can only warmly recommend this villa in the heart of Salzburg and have decided to come back. We will extend our next stay and book one of the chalets. We have simply fallen in love with this region.
