Positive: The hotel is beautiful, you have shops for high spenders and family, there is a McDonald's inside its crazy, you won't be disappointed with the shopping they have everything, plus if your like me the Cisco is amazing, and food is cheap we'll I thought it was no more then 10 euros for. Dinner amazing, your only 20 min walk to the Big Ben hotel and the strip walk, plus you can jump on free shuttle buses to and from the airport and city centre if you want to see St, Paul Church. Price is high but worth it, they look after you, free drinks and food in your room. Can't go wrong!
Negative: The view in the room could be better, as i paid for a view of the strip, but got the football stadium, plus the window cleaners woke me up to early as I gamble late into the night so I like to sleep in. Also the housekeeping staff rang the room bell to many times while I was in the shower, and entered the room. Even with the do not enter sign on the door, but other then that all good

Positive: The room was perfect, and the concierge services were wonderful, especially Marco, he was so helpful and friendly. Although we have some misunderstanding on the taxes between Booking.com and the hotel, we were still be able to sort it out without any hassle.
Summary: We had a great holiday there, my kid enjoyed the man-made wave pool and the sand beach.

Positive: From the moment we stepped into the Galaxy, the staff were so friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to make our experience amazing. Totally spoilt my daughter who was celebrating her birthday. Huge thank you to Elle and her team! The pool deck was clean and fun, the staff amazing! Big shout out to Jayvee for his excellent service
