The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the 2 unit apartment building and just 0.4 miles from St. Anthony's Hospital and 1. 5 miles from Downtown St. Pete. We are so proud of the work that we did with this unit! Everything in this apartment is new. We installed high quality kitchen appliances, invested in premium bed mattresses, and added unique decor to make you feel cozy just like home!

Summary: Very nice cozy apartment in a great neighborhood. Well equipped kitchen. Close to everything in St. Pete. Owners are very quick to respond to questions. Very clean and comfortable. Street parking was readily available on the street which required a short walk from the alley where the entrance to the apartment is located - except for when a block party closed the street in front of the house. Overall, this was a very convenient and comfortable place to stay.

Summary: Property was exactly as listed- clean and comfortable- easy location for downtown activites and restaurants. Bed was comfy and shower was clean- home owner provided toilteries and blow dryer- only suggestion would be to add a full length mirror and only one bedroom has a wall unit AC, we didnt need the other bed room so it was fine. Living room ac unit does keep apt cold and comfortable but we did end up purchasing a small fan from Publix for extra comfort- would stay again-
