It's summer 2023 and a vacationer's market. If you're stuck at home dreaming of being stuck at home somewhere else, let's talk. One bedroom, one bath apartment located in downtown St. Petersburg, Fla. Plenty to do if you enjoy the outdoors: biking, walking, canoeing, picnicking. And, of course, our B-E-A-T-I-F-U-L beaches and RAYS baseball. The property is located close to Crescent Lake, Mirror Lake, and Historic Round Lake. Three major bus lines are less than a 5-minute walk. The SunRunner bus line is currently free. Public libraries offer walk-up and drive-thru services. Golf, tennis, sailing - all here - even pickleball courts too! Grocery within walking distance. If you happen to enjoy gardening, I'll happily arrange projects for you! Three-month minimum booking.

Summary: Caroline (the manager) was awesome! Always available to help with any issues I may have had, which were few and far between. Parking wasn’t an issue, and access to downtown and major highways was super easy. I highly recommend her furnished unit!
