Summary: A perfect rental in St. Petersburg. Communication with the host was easy, fast and reliable. The apartment was very clean and kitchen amenities as expected and needed. Super big plus to have a working washer & dryer as well as a dishwasher. Location was quiet, close to downtown and the yacht club. Parking is easy and never a problem finding a spot for your car. Bed comfortable and backyard to relax or hang wet clothing. Will stay again if travels bring be back!

Summary: The unit is modern and clean on the inside and fits into the historic look of the rest of the quiet, walkable neighborhood. My wife and I stayed here and walked to the Reggae Rise Up in Vinoy park, which was about 1.25 mile. There are restaurants, drugstore and coffee shops within an easy walk too. The pictures are very accurate.
