Positive: The space was large and the beds were very comfortable. Tv's and office space were high quality. High end appliances. The fenced in yard and outside area worked very well with our dog.

Negative: Home was missing the open concept between kitchen and living area but still accommodating. Would of enjoyed a pool or hot tub to make spending time in the large backyard more enjoyable.

Positive: The property is located in an extremely convenient location equipped with anything that could be possibly needed. It has a great backyard and can accommodate many people. I only stayed one night but could be a great stay for multiple people spending their vacation in St. Augustine.

Negative: The drain in one of the showers was quite slow and there is an air freshener in the AC unit with an overwhelming smell throughout the property that could be unpleasant for someone sensitive to smell or prone to headache. These are both things that can be easily adjusted, had I stayed more than a day, I am sure we could have arranged these issues to be resolved however, for just one night for me, it worked well.

Summary: It is a perfect location for anyone wanting a St. Augustine get away.
