Summary: Brian was absolutely great. We loved the house. It’s in a nice neighborhood, close to the beach, downtown and outlets. I would 100% look to stay here on our next trip first. He even has beach items, beach towels, boogie boards, kayaks, etc you can use.

Summary: We enjoyed spending the winter at this property. The house is very comfortable and includes nice touches like portable fans and throw blankets. Plenty of items for a day at the beach, and there are bikes and kayaks available too! Brian is very easy to work with, and takes pride in this property!

Summary: The house was very nice inside. Looks recently remodeled. Very clean with nice furniture. Comfortable beds, nice big shower heads. Good air conditioner. Big living room. A gas grill that worked. Lot of shade trees. We used side door because front door bolt sticks after key in code but was not a problem. It's in a convenient location. I would definitely stay there again.
