Positive: House was in neighborhood. It was, however, VERY CLOSE to shopping, restaurants, etc. It was easy to get around---easy to get to Downtown St. Augustine.... Home was very clean--well furnished, enough kitchen stuff/plates/etc.
Negative: This is a very minor item. When we arrived, there had been a lot of rain and the pool was really full. Also just a little bit of blown in vegetation. I'd talked to host about it---didn't believe it was a real problem--just wanted them to know. He was VERY responsive and contacted a pool person to come check it out. Kudos for quickly responding. The problem was that we didn't know someone was coming and we'd planned an afternoon in pool. The 'pool person' surprised us coming in the side gate. Would have been better to have received a notice....

Negative: Outdoor area and covered area needs upgrading, it was grubby and the garden furniture was rusty. We were a party of 5 and there were only 2 chairs at the pool for outdoor seating.
Summary: Enjoyed our stay, we wouldn’t book again though.

Positive: The property was on a quiet residential street in close proximity to grocery and retail shopping. Just a short drive to several beaches and downtown St. Augustine. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals and plenty of cleaning and paper products as well. The outside seating was perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. The pool isn’t large, but it accommodated our small group.
Negative: My only complaint is the water pressure wasn’t great in the shower.
Summary: We had a great time and I would stay here again!

Positive: Absolute amazing home that appears to be newly renovated and freshly paintrd. Even has brand new textured ceilings. The furniture is a warm contemporary style and the layout includes a high ceiling in the living area. Very clean and comfortable and I felt as though I was at home. A few extras include a gas stove/oven, a gas grill on the patio, and a 5 foot deep in ground pool! Quiet anf friendly neighborhood as well. The owners are very quick to respond and very helpful with any questions I may have had.
Negative: I didn't get to stay longer. Nothing bad to say at all!
Summary: I highly recommend this home and I will definitely be back!
