Positive: The staff were awesome. From Kim and Phong at the front desk. To the lady that did the breakfast buffet. As well as the support staff. Everything was awesome!!!

Positive: The bathroom was so clean and the receptionist was friendly and welcoming

Negative: The wall is thin. There was a couple next to my room talking at 1-2AM and I could hear their conversation.

Summary: I would stay and recommend everyone to stay here for their trip to Houston

Positive: The room was clean and spacious, the staff was very friendly, and the hotel was upscale and modern, and the location was very convenient for our event and near many eateries and coffee shops.

Negative: It’s not a very big deal, but our bathroom door did not lock and the fan didn’t work. The bathroom door was frosted, and so if you got up in the dark to use the restroom, the light would shine into the entire room.
