Positive: For our first trip to the USA we chose this hotel to explore Houston and its surroundings for 2 weeks. We were pleasantly surprised by the kindness of everyone, especially the hotel staff. Contrary to some of the reviews I've read, the security guards are incredibly friendly. They know how to do their job while being human and even funny at times ! The hotel is clean, the pool is perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather in Houston, and the bartenders are awesome. The cleaning ladies do a fantastic job. Thanks to them. We regularly eat at the hotel restaurant, which is really very good. We will definitely stay at this hotel again on our next trip to Houston. Thanks to the hotel management for making our trip comfortable and safe. Signed ; French friends.

Positive: Affordable yet clean & luxurious. Although I’m not a poker player, guests who just had rooms had the essentials.

Negative: Didn’t operate as a full hotel with some services you’d find elsewhere. Laundry services aren’t expected everywhere, especially 3-star hotels, but when I saw a laundry form and bag in the closet and needed clothes taken care of before a meeting I had the next morning, I was disappointed to hear they didn’t offer such service. I wish they did room service, and the restaurant they had was more accessible. I might not have listened as well as I should’ve but room service was never communicated to me.
