Positive: The lounge staff was exceptional in both professionalism and warmth & friendliness. Cristina was very professional and welcoming, as were her co-workers (the employee of the month), the Tuesday night bartender, and their manager. All were engaging, warm, and very efficient. It's been a while since I enjoyed my evening as much, thanks to their great service.

Positive: I like the fact that they had a cool elevator. It made the ambience pretty aesthetically pleasing! I did like the fact that they did have a buffet in the a.m. as well as a bar on property I did think that the cleaning crew was very friendly ! But as far as breakfast and bar, they could do way better with their staff! When I got to the breakfast restaurant in the morning, I literally told the gentleman that my party will be there in five minutes and he wouldn’t let me sit down, even though I had a training to go to in the morning! So I went back to him and said, sir, can I please start to eat first she’ll be here soon. He gave me a bit of an attitude since that day I didn’t go back to eat at the restaurant. Also, our company that are huge event there the first night that we all gather as a team we order drinks and everybody was so surprised that when I ordered for more cherries, the gentleman told me no ! Where a teammate actually went and told him hey man, I’ll pay for more cherries for her.. for that I will never book there again! Plus, it’s overpriced in the facility is Old

Negative: But where can I start? First day? I went to take a shower and there was hair in the bathtub. Same day I went to make a cup of coffee and the reservoir of the filter. It was absolutely gross.

Positive: Restaurant staff was exceptionally friendly, especially Glenda and the manager but all staff was courteous, professional, and kind. The food was delicious!

Negative: Rooms were older. No microwave in the main rooms unless you get a suite. Housekeeping didn't like to put trash liners in the cans nor supply soap for our rooms until we kept requesting. Other than that, they were ok.

Summary: Stayed 5 days/ 4 nights and would stay there again! Gift shop workers and manager were pleasant also
