Summary: We rented this beautiful farm house over the MLK weekend! Everyone absolutely loved it! Especially the authentic woodburning stove, it kept us cozy all weekend! Lot's of space for everyone to do their own thing, read, play games, sit quietly in front of the working fireplace in the living room. Would highly recommend this for any large group, plus we could bering our 2 loveable dogs!

Summary: This was a great property for our group. Lots of space allowing for privacy when needed. We did not it get a welcome email from VRBO about the property, so we didn’t get the door code, after multiple requests, until shortly before we arrived. The door handle was broken, but the caretaker fixed it promptly. We did appreciate Cliff’s help during our stay. The kitchen was not as clean as expected, e.g. coffee in the coffee pot, grease on the stove.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay even if it was way too short. The town of Moltenborough and adjoining towns are absolutely beautiful. Our wedding was in Sandwich. Everything was so close to the house even going out for a bite to eat or a scoop of ice cream. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were well appointed, the kitchen was such fun as it was just true old farmhouse. We so enjoyed seeing the well all lit up through the floor and picking apples was a real treat. There were 10 of us total

Summary: Staying here was so much better in so many ways than staying in a hotel. Everything went so smoothly. The entire family, 2 generations were together under one huge roof. The highlight was gathering around the fire pit during the evening after the 3 days of wedding festivities. Thank you very much to the hosts for helping 23 people have wonderful lifetime memories.

Summary: Once again we had a perfect stay at Olde Orchard! We travel quite a bit and Tom and Shannon are delightful hosts who have created a retreat that is comfortable for every scenario. We filled up all the rooms and had terrific dinners and cookouts. You are a minute away from the Cup and Crumb for coffee, the Woodshed for a nice dinner and the Loon Center for a great and civil hike for the grandchildren. It is a perfect location. We already are looking at next year! Thank you for sharing your house with us!

Summary: We had a family reunion here and had a great time! The home and the grounds were absolutely beautiful. There was amazing attention to detail to make the home that made it cozy, fun, and inviting for all. There was plenty of room for 23 people to spread out and relax and talk. The kitchen was well stocked and the three dining tables provided a place for everyone to eat and do puzzles. We had a week-long rental and were allowed access to the laundry room, which was a lifesaver for both our international family members and those with kids under 3 who traveled in from California. The well was a highlight for the kids; they’d check on it every day!

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed a family get together with ages 2-84. The house was spacious for all of us yet still cozy. All bedrooms had comfortable beds and were well equipped. The kitchen was stocked to be able to feed all 24 of us. A unique property and a perfect place for a large group to enjoy the area - or simply stay at the farmhouse to enjoy the beauty of the house and property!

Summary: This is an amazing house in a great location, perfect for a group stay for a wedding or a retreat group like mine. Lots of room to spread out, comfortable bedrooms, big gathering spaces inside and out. The vibe is casual and comfortable, with everything you need to make yourself at home. Perfect place for weddings nearby at Bald Peak, Castle in the Clouds or even in Wolfeboro if you hire JCN transportation to drive you back after a reception ( drinking). Also close to Meredith, or even a wedding at Rockywold Deephaven on Squam ( again- hire a driver!). We used the house for a retreat for women 55+, and we loved the two dining rooms and two living rooms. Shannon was a wonderful owner to work with and her cleaning crew was responsive to one request. There is a property manager on site in a different house, which is also nice if something comes up. We are using this house again in October for another women's retreat, and I can't wait!

Summary: We loved the house and our stay here. Perfect for a large group. Beds and window ac units provided a great night sleep. Even though the main house doesn’t have ac, it was surprisingly cool inside. Shannon was very responsive and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. Would highly recommend this place.
