Summary: Mary Lou was GREAT to work with. She was easy to communicate with and responded very quickly to my questions. Unfortunately, we did not get to stay at her beautiful property due to the airlines internet problems in July. Our flight was canceled and we couldn’t reschedule for the weekend. Mary Lou was very sympathetic and tried to help with VRBO but was unable to. We will reserve her house when we travel to New Hampshire in the future.

Summary: Mary Lou was a very receptive host for a great long weekend escape! Plenty of room, short walk to the private beach, close to fun activities,lovely firepit in the back that was all ready to go. The kitchen lacked cookware and we ended up having to buy a pan to cook in. Otherwise it was well stocked with flatware, plates, bowls,glassware, and soices. Would definitely recommend!

Summary: My friends and I had a wonderful weekend here! The beach down the street was excellent, clean and not too crowded. The home was both spacious and cozy, just perfect for our big group and there was plenty of extra bedding needs available. We utilized the kitchen quite a bit cooking all of our meals and it was stocked with everything needed to make that possible. The only thing I would note to someone bringing pets is that the beach doesn't allow dogs. 10/10 over all we loved this place.

Summary: We finally found the perfect vacation rental! Nice and clean inside and with all the amenities you can think of! 3 minute drive to a beautiful lake. Where you can spend all day and relax on a float or on the beach! The Lake is very clean and community really friendly! Home owner was very responsive if needed. We love the area and could get used to the lake life thats for sure! We want to come back next year. Thank you Marylou for opening your home to us!

Summary: Pretty home, comfortable, love the two bathrooms,but up stairs bath room because of the roof slant not much room. Fire pit out back was fun. Over all the home was just what we needed. Loved the beach was in walking distance, nice play ground for young kids. Quiet area. We usually vacation in Wolfeboro, missed being near center of town with shops and restaurants near by. Wish there was some where to dock a boat for the week. We enjoyed our stay very relaxing. Mary Lou the manager was enjoyable.

Summary: Place was as advertised. No surprises. Place was clean and inviting. We were there for the motorcycle rally and it was nice to have a garage to park the bikes at night. Even the neighbors were nice and friendly.

Summary: My family stayed here over Memorial Day weekend and had a wonderful time. We have kids aged 14 and 20 who were pleased to have their own rooms. The property is clean, comfortable, and has anything you could need - Fully stocked kitchen, two bathrooms, great fire pit area in the private backyard, and fast, reliable WiFi! The owner is highly responsive and helpful. The day we arrived was windy and had caused the outdoor umbrella to take off and break the glass table. I messaged Mary Lou who arrived at the property within 10 minutes to clean up the mess. She had a new table and umbrella there by the time we arrived back from our excursion the next day! The neighborhood beach is about a half mile from the property. It’s not huge but is very popular as it was busy all weekend despite early season cold water temps. The upstairs bathroom has a slanted ceiling and a short shower stall as the listing states, but it was sufficient and I fit just fine. :) The water pressure was outstanding. We’re already planning to return!
