Summary: Gorgeous place. Enjoyed a moonlit night with a campfire. There IS a shower (note on VRBO indicates no shower); shower is just not located IN the wagon. Accessibility: Must climb a 3 step ladder to enter wagon so could be a challenge for some. Less than 20 mins to restaurants. Host, Tim was very congenial. Unique experience, would recommend.

Summary: Lovely little wagon. We enjoyed spending one night there celebrating our 34th wedding anniversary. The owner has thought through everything needed to make our stay comfortable. Communication with the owner was via messages and so was checking in process as the person communicating with us wasn't there when we checked in.

Summary: If you are looking for a different lodging experience this fits the bill. I would equate the experience to tent camping. Location was not as expected. There were no other people staying in the area although there were residences near by. Nearest eating establishments were a bit a of drive. If you are looking to get away from it all, this is the place.

Summary: Once in a lifetime experience. Located on a beautiful ranch in Grover Utah near Capital Reef National Park. Cute interior with hanging lanterns, comfortable bed, wonderful bathroom nearby, and lovely lights in the trees as we sat outside at night. Easy check in process and great communication with the friendly owners. Would love to stay there again if we come back to the park.

Summary: This was such a fun stay! The property is beautiful and close to town for restaurants. The camp wagon was clean cool at night. The bathroom and shower are a short walk from the camp wagon. The host was very friendly and gave clear directions. We loved our unique stay here.
