Positive: The room was larger than normal, excellent breakfast in the morning included and the views were not phenomenal. Just 10 minutes from Capital Reef National Park

Summary: Actually would have liked to have stayed there longer but we only had one day.

Negative: The breakfast was not good. Although we arrived five minutes before opening, the eggs were soggy and cold. The pancakes were cold and the coffee was watered down. Also be aware there is no elevator to the second floor so carrying luggage can be problematic.

Positive: Location was up on a hill with beautiful view! The grounds were pretty. Could drive up to the room which makes it easy for loading/unloading. The steakhouse on grounds was convenient & delicious! Staff were friendly.

Negative: The beds and pillows were hard. There was only 1 working washing machine, so was a long wait to do laundry!
