Positive: Amazing location and facilities. Would definitely not hesitate to come back and stay here again the next time we're in town. Great location right next to the space needle. We loved the lounge and pool table, with beautiful rooftop views. We even saw the air show from the roof!

Negative: Nothing. I liked all of it. If I had to find something, I'd prefer having a parking that isn't all the way at the lowest floor, but really, there isn't anything the owner can do about that.

Positive: We loved the location of this property and we were extremely lucky to get early check in. Communication was fabulous and the apartment was very clean.

Negative: The lighting in the bedroom was extremely limited making it difficult to see anything at night.

Positive: We loved the location of the property and especially loved the rooftop! There are a few rooftop locations in the building and they have an exceptional view of downtown and the space needle. The property was very clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. We also liked that we had private, protected underground parking.

Negative: We were asked to fill out an online rental verification form ahead of the stay, which included uploading a copy of my driver's license and pictures of the front and back of my credit card to a third-party platform. If I didn't do this, they threatened to cancel my reservation. I have heard of scams like this on booking.com before (and indeed there was even a warning in the Booking.com chat to NOT click on these websites) so I had to spend half an hour on the phone with booking.com to make sure this was legitimate. The Booking.com representative recommended that I send the photos of my ID and credit card to the property chat on Booking.com, which is secure, rather than uploading it to the private website, but the property owner told me that wouldn't be acceptable. Eventually, they said I could block out the cc numbers and leave only the last 4 digits, so I took a chance and submitted that information through their third-party link. It turns out that it was not a scam, but it was a very frustrating and concerning experience. I was told the reason for submitting the application was that there would be no one to check my ID and card upon arrival, but that's not true because we did have to coordinate with someone to pick up the keys and view the property on-site. If it weren't for this issue, I would have rated this property an 8 or 9. Another downside was that the property did not have central air, and the sun starts shining through the large windows around noon. Despite having two free-standing AC units, the apartment was hot. We were told that the building had no central air, and that was common in Seattle buildings in general, but several common rooms in the building did have central air. One of the two bedrooms is an open-air room (the walls don't connect to the ceiling).

Summary: Frustrating experience making sure this apt was not a scam, but we liked the place and location.

Negative: No central air conditioner. Only two units that were not enough to cool down the entire appartment specially the first small room at the entrance.
