Summary: The staff at the front desk seemed to be friendly, the concierge at the doors were a hit and miss. I didn’t visit the restaurants or bars in the hotel but I did get room service one morning. It was your average meal, but the staff was kind. The room is absolutely beautiful and super comfortable and clean. I loved it!
