Located in the heart of Seattle, our stunning 2 bedroom 1 bath condo has stunning water and city views. Mere minutes from Pike Place, The Space Needle and some of Seattle’s best restaurants, our home is the perfect getaway for families, business travelers and solo adventurers.
Our home has modern furnishings, a 60” LCD television in the living room, and a smaller flat screen in the bedroom- both equipped with Rokus. In this space, you will have 1 brand new king sized bed in the master bedroom, 1 extremely comfortable queen sized bed in the 2nd bedroom, a pull out sleeper sofa and a memory form folding mattress (it is actually comfortable!) in the living room to add an extra sleeping option when needed. The kitchen is fully equipped to please any cook, and there is a brand new washer/dryer in the condo for your convenience. Tall oversized windows throughout the condo provide plenty of natural light and expansive city views. Our home also includes wireless internet and a large electric air conditioning unit.
We have one of the rare homes in downtown Seattle that has 2 bedrooms and a reserved parking spot in our secure garage!
The building complex has a garden courtyard with fountains, a gym, indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, spa, large club room and a stunning roof-top deck with barbecues. There is also a secure garage parking for one car that is included in your reservation.

The condominium building performs window washing, exterior cleaning, painting and other projects from time to time. Workers may rappel down from the roof of the building with ropes or swing stages as they perform work on or around exterior windows. Guests can draw the window shades or close curtains if they have privacy concerns while work is being performed outside their unit's windows.
Please remember that the majority of the homes in this building are residential units. We are located in the heart of Seattle, so there is urban noise. You can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent environment is important to you, downtown Seattle may not be the best place for you to stay.
From time to time, the building or listing amenities (e.g. pool and all others) may be closed or out of service temporarily for maintenance. We will do our best to communicate such rare events to our guests, but unfortunately we cannot predict when maintenance events might be scheduled ahead of time.
This property has monthly preventative maintenance pest control services performed, but in the Pacific Northwest you may still experience occasionally finding bees, ants, spiders, mosquitos, mice, bugs seasonally. We will make every effort to address any such unforeseeable issues as guests bring them to our attention and appreciate your kind understanding. We have a noise decibel monitor in the living room (NoiseAware aka Rest) in some listings; it does not record any sound.

Summary: This condo is a perfect place to stay if you want to be downtown Seattle close to all the attractions which were easy to walk to. Having the dedicated secure parking as well as a washer and dryer in the unit was nice for our week-long stay. The unit was well equipped, accurate to the listing, and the hosts were very responsive and helpful.

Summary: We were very pleased with our stay. The condo was roomy, clean and a nice safe location. A nice walk to Pike Place Market, water front and about 2 miles from T Mobile Park. We walked it most days but also cabs were easy to find. Many lovely restaurants and breweries in the area. Would definitely stay here again if we are in Seattle.

Summary: The condo is secure, clean, comfortable, has a nice view, is convenient to public transit and walking distance to all the main tourist attractions. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and the roof garden. The building tenants were quiet however the daily garbage trucks emptying dumpsters were noisy early in the mornings. The music and patrons of the nearby bars tended to be loud late at night on the weekend. In the middle of a city I guess the noise is to be expected. It would have been nice to have extra towels for pool use. Overall this is a lovely, convenient and secure place to stay.
